Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 2-3 business days. Please allow additional time during peak seasons or promotional periods.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will be active within 3-5 business days.

Damages

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns Policy

Free returns on all products. No returns will be accepted thirty days after purchase.
